Recently I posted this asking small businesses what PR tools they need in order to do their own PR. The silence was deafening, so I’ve tried to help make it easier to answer the question by creating a survey.
Many small companies just can’t afford to hire a PR person or company, so they try to do it themselves. Some manage brilliantly. Others are about as good at it as I am at doing my tax return. So we are working on some new tools to help small businesses who think they can do their own PR but just need to be pointed in the right direction.
