Well 2010 has gotten off to a funny old start. It’s like it hasn’t really started, what with all the snow and school closures, I feel as though the world has been living in limbo, waiting for the big thaw. Which finally seems to be happening at last.
In between playing countless games of marbles with two VERY bored little boys, I’ve managed to squeeze in the odd bit of work. And so far, it’s been fantastically successful. Here’sto the rest of the year continuing in the same vein.
We got an awesome piece of coverage in the Yorkshire Post last week for new client FitBack & Bumps, another in The Scotsman and they also got a mention here.
We’ve been introducing new Spanish language client Speekee to the press and interest has been fantastic. They’ve already been on Talk Radio Europe, encouraging ex-pats in Spain to get their children speaking the language. Two other glossy monthly travel mags have said they’re going to feature the Speekee DVDs, we’ve had interest from a national newspaper and if you get the January 17th edition of Take it Easy mag, you’ll find them in there too. Not to mention all the online sites and parenting magazines keen to review the product. You can also read about it here.
It’s been all systems go with Tots to Travel as NOW is the time that families book their summer holidays. So if you haven’t booked yours yet, take a look at their site and grab a property before they all run out. I’ve just been talking to a journalist about the delicious looking Chateau des Etoiles that comes complete with a chef and cleaner, and the chef makes the kids meals free of charge every night. Plus they deliver warm croissants and pain au chocolat to the chateau every morning. I want to go there! Thanks to The Guardian and The Telegraph for featuring Tots in yesterday’s papers.
Aunty Ollie is about to launch a fab new baby wear range and the new kids summer range is almost ready for us to shout about. We’re eagerly awaiting the January issue of Children’s Wear Buyer magazine which will be featuring the company.
I love it when my clients work togehter. Issy of Morrck kindly gave Wendy of Tots to Travel one of their baby hoodies for Wendy to trial on her skiing holiday.
